Fürstenberg SGR

Fürstenberg SGR is the asset management company of the Banca Ifis Group, specialising in the structuring and management of alternative investment funds. Its mission is to support Italian SMEs at key stages of their lifecycle — growth, transformation and relaunch — through flexible, tailored and sustainable financial solutions. Fürstenberg SGR stands out for its ability to manage complex situations through innovative simplification approaches, thanks to a team of professionals with interdisciplinary experience, integrating financial, industrial and legal expertise.

Fürstenberg SGR currently manages three main funds: illimity Credit & Corporate Turnaround (iCCT), dedicated to investments in SMEs experiencing temporary financial distress but with solid prospects for recovery; illimity Real Estate Credit (iREC), focused on investments in distressed credits secured by real estate assets; illimity Selective Credit (iSC), a private debt fund acting as a medium- to long-term strategic partner for performing Italian SMEs.

As at 30 June 2025, Fürstenberg SGR manages approximately EUR 700 million in assets.

On 18 December 2025, the company was renamed Fürstenberg SGR and now forms one of the pillars of the new range of financial services and products under the Fürstenberg brand.
