Transfer of data to third countries

Data retention period

Fürstenberg SGR retains customer data for the period of time necessary to achieve the specific purposes of the processing, in compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations.

In accordance with articles from 15 to 21 of the Regulation (EU) 679/2016, data subject may exercise specific data protection rights set out in the list above:

Right to data portability: the right to receive, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, the personal data concerning you that you have provided to the Data Controller and the right to transmit those data to another data controller without hindrance, where the processing is based on consent and is carried out by automated means. Furthermore, the right to have your personal data transmitted directly from the Company to another controller where technically feasible;

Right to object: the right to object, at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you based on the condition of lawfulness of legitimate interest or the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority, unless there are legitimate grounds for the Controller to continue the processing that override the interests, rights, and freedoms of the data subject or for the establishment, exercise or defense of a right in court.

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, the data subject who considers that the processing concerning him or her infringes the Regulation has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority of the Member State in which he or she resides or works, or of the State in which the alleged infringement occurred.
